If you feel dizzy or nauseated, immediately go inside and drink plenty
of water.
Some places to cool off when it’s hot are the mall (even if you don’t
want to shop you can pack a lunch or eat in the food court and the walking
gives you exercise), the pool, a water park, the beach and many other places.
Don’t stay in a hot car too long without the windows and doors open.
You could suffocate or get very dehydrated.
